30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – CANS & BEVERAGES (VERY STRICT)
All canned beverages (FITZSODA cans) are FINAL SALE.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on cans, including but not limited to:

Opened or unopened cans

Multipacks
-
Trial packs
-
Subscription orders
No exceptions, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect (see section below).
✅ Eligible Returns (Apparel & Accessories Only)
Returns are accepted ONLY for apparel and accessories (e.g. t-shirts, hoodies, hats, merch).
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

Must have original tags and packaging
-
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label.
👉 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product
-
The wrong item
Contact us immediately at andrea@fitzsoda.com and we’ll fix the issue as fast as possible.
(This applies to both cans and apparel.)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

All canned beverages
-
Perishable goods (food & drinks)

Custom or made-to-order items

Personal care products
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
For apparel and accessories, the fastest way to get a different size or item is to:

Return the original item

Place a new order once the return is approved
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days, without providing a reason.
⚠️ This right does NOT apply to canned beverages.
Returned items must still be:

In original condition and packaging

With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund
